In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. To register and use csr99, you must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. csr99 reserves the right to request a government-issued identity document (KTP, passport, or equivalent) to verify your age at any stage of the account lifecycle.

2.2 Residency. csr99 services are directed primarily at residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using csr99 is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. csr99 accounts may not be opened by or on behalf of persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent court.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You are not eligible to register a new csr99 account if you have previously been self-excluded from csr99 or if csr99 has closed your account due to problem gambling concerns, prohibited conduct, or fraud. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one active csr99 account at any time. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances, including deposited funds where fraud is established.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. csr99 bears no liability for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any bet placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify csr99 live support immediately and request a temporary account lock.

3.4 KYC Verification. csr99 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts prior to the processing of the first withdrawal and at any subsequent point at csr99's reasonable discretion. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time frame requested by csr99 will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. csr99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where csr99 reasonably believes that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or where the account holder's eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4.1 Accepted Methods. csr99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). csr99 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page within your csr99 account dashboard and is subject to change at csr99's discretion. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited to your csr99 account within five minutes of confirmed receipt. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically instantaneous. csr99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to other family members — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made from a fully verified csr99 account that has completed the KYC process. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the same account used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to the following sub-clauses.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time. csr99 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes from the point of request approval for verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Member's account dashboard. Maximum withdrawal limits may be subject to tiered thresholds based on the Member's account verification level and wagering history.

5.4 Pending Wagering Requirements. Funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw funds before a wagering requirement is met will result in the automatic forfeiture of the corresponding Bonus Funds, with only the remaining real-money balance being eligible for withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal to Own Account. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account held in the same name as the verified csr99 account. Third-party withdrawal requests will be refused. csr99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems high-risk.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by csr99 are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of the promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible game categories, and expiry periods are disclosed in each promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. csr99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer or deposit bonus more than once.
• Coordinating bets with other Members to exploit a bonus offer (bonus arbitrage).
• Placing low-risk, opposing bets across accounts to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Using Bonus Funds on games or bet types explicitly excluded from wagering requirement contributions.

Where bonus abuse is identified, csr99 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from those funds, and permanently close the Member's account.

6.4 Seasonal Promotions. csr99 regularly offers promotions tied to Indonesian sporting events (BRI Liga 1, AFF Cup, Piala Indonesia) and cultural occasions (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day — 17 August). The availability, terms, and duration of such promotions are at csr99's sole discretion and are subject to change or early withdrawal.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the csr99 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by csr99. csr99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after the relevant event has started (unless the bet is explicitly offered as an in-play wager), bets that exceed the stated maximum stake, or bets placed on events where a pricing error is evident.

7.2 Pricing Errors. In the event that an incorrect price is offered due to a technical error or human error, csr99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect price and to refund the stake to the Member's account balance. csr99 will notify affected Members of any such voidance within a reasonable time.

7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled before it commences, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and resumes within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will stand. Events postponed beyond 48 hours will be treated as cancelled for betting purposes unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.

7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to a momentary delay between bet submission and acceptance to allow csr99 to update odds in real time. During this delay, the offered odds may change. If the odds change materially before the bet is confirmed, csr99 will notify the Member and offer the updated odds; the Member may choose to accept or decline the revised price.

7.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles on csr99 operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Habanero, Microgaming, and Spribe. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the csr99 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering or using more than one csr99 account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other Members or the house.
• Exploiting technical bugs, software errors, or pricing anomalies — any winnings from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in respect of sporting events offered on the csr99 sportsbook.
• Laundering money or using csr99 to process proceeds of crime. csr99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities on all such matters.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing csr99 customer service staff or other Members.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP masking to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9.1 All content on the csr99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of csr99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any csr99 content without express prior written consent.

9.3 The csr99 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of csr99. Any unauthorized use of csr99 trademarks constitutes infringement and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

10.1 csr99's collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the csr99 Privacy Policy, available at https://csr99.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

10.2 csr99 collects personal data including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting activity data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

10.3 csr99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios strictly as required to deliver the Platform's services.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, csr99 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any nature suffered by a Member in connection with use of the Platform, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

11.2 Without limiting the generality of clause 11.1, csr99 is not liable for: (a) gambling losses incurred during use of the Platform; (b) loss of opportunity or revenue; (c) loss of data; (d) service interruptions caused by third-party system outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

11.3 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, csr99's aggregate liability to any Member in any 12-month period is limited to the total deposits made by that Member during the same period.

12.1 By the Member. You may close your csr99 account at any time by contacting live support and submitting a closure request. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment account, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no Wagering Requirements remain outstanding.

12.2 By csr99. csr99 may suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) csr99 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; (c) your account has been inactive for an extended period in excess of 12 consecutive months; or (d) csr99 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that continued account operation poses a risk of harm to you or the platform's integrity.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Any Bonus Funds credited to the account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money Balance may be returned at csr99's discretion and subject to the circumstances of termination.

13.1 csr99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be published on this page with the date of the most recent revision noted at the top of the document.

13.2 Where amendments are material — for example, changes that adversely affect Members' withdrawal rights, wagering requirements on active bonuses, or eligibility criteria — csr99 will provide at least seven days' advance notice via a notification displayed within the Member's account dashboard and/or via the registered email or phone number on the account.

13.3 Continued use of the csr99 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of csr99's international licensing jurisdiction. csr99 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and adheres to the regulatory standards applicable to that jurisdiction.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the arbitral institution in consultation with the parties.

14.3 Nothing in this clause limits the application of mandatory consumer protection provisions of Indonesian law to the extent that such provisions are non-excludable by contract under Indonesian statute.

14.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or paraphrased version, the English version shall prevail.
